1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases of goods and services from Golf Ride Ease. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Services

Golf Ride Ease offers:

Electric ride-on golf scooters

Golf accessories (e.g. bags, umbrellas)

Leasing and drop shipping services (by agreement)

All products are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

We accept payment via major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, or approved finance/leasing partners.

Orders are only confirmed upon full payment or approved finance agreement.

Promotional prices are valid only during specified periods.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver products within 3–10 working days in the UK, subject to availability.

Larger orders or lease deliveries may take longer.

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Delays due to couriers or customs are beyond our control.

5. Returns

Faulty or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Unused products may be returned within 14 days for a refund, subject to restocking fees which will be 15% of the total cost of the produce purchased.

Return postage for change-of-mind returns is the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Warranty

All scooters include a 6-month manufacturer warranty.

Batteries carry a 6-month limited warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes misuse, water damage, and wear and tear.

Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

Full warranty terms are available in the Owner’s Manual and on our website.

7. Leasing and Drop Shipping

Leasing or drop shipping agreements are subject to separate commercial terms between Golf Ride Ease and the partner entity. These terms override general consumer protections where agreed.

Complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days and resolved (or updated) within 7 working days.

9. Use of Products

Our scooters are designed for golf course use only.

Improper or off-road use may void your warranty.

Users must comply with any golf club or local safety guidelines when riding.

10. Liability

Golf Ride Ease shall not be liable for:

Any personal injury or property damage resulting from misuse

Indirect or consequential losses

Any delay or failure due to force majeure events

Our liability is limited to the price paid for the product or service.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Golf Ride Ease website (logos, text, product designs, images) is the intellectual property of Golf Ride Ease and may not be copied or used without written permission.

12. Data Protection

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a new effective date.
