We want you to enjoy a smooth, worry-free experience with your Golf Ride Ease scooter. That’s why we’ve built a clear, fair returns and warranty process.
1. Returns Policy
If your product arrives faulty or damaged:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a description.
We will arrange a repair, replacement, or return at no cost to you only if it arrives faulty.
If you’ve changed your mind:
You can return an unused product within 14 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
A restocking fee will apply, normally 15% of the cost of the item.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a fault.

2. Warranty Coverage
Your Golf Ride Ease scooter is covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. This includes:
Frame and chassis
Motor and controller
Battery (6-month limited warranty)
Electrical components and charger
Throttle, brakes, and onboard display
🔧 Warranty covers parts and labour for manufacturing defects only. It does not cover misuse, water damage, normal wear and tear, or accidental damage.
3. What’s Not Covered
Your warranty does not cover:
General wear and tear (tyres, grips, lights, pads)
Damage from impacts, drops, or water ingress
Modifications or unauthorised repairs
Use of non-Golf Ride approved accessories
Failure to follow care or charging instructions in the manual
4. Warranty Claim Process

Description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the fault
Our team will:
Confirm if the issue is covered
Provide next steps (e.g. replacement part sent, repair booking, return label)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Repairs Outside Warranty
We offer paid repair services and replacement parts even outside of the warranty period.
Email us for a quote and lead time.
All shipping costs to us and return to customer are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Record of Ownership
Keep your proof of purchase and make a note of your serial number for faster support and warranty validation.

Would you like to remind customers that on delivery of the Scooter we had included an owner’s instruction manual and there were terms and conditions that needed to be followed for the upkeep of both the battery and the scooter.
